U.S. Shipping Rates

Standard Shipping

  • All items are shipped either UPS or USPS
  • Includes all 50 States in the U.S., P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses and U.S. Territories Express Shipping
  • Express shipping is available but not available for P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses and U.S. Territories
  • If Standard Shipping delivery time is equal to or faster than Express Shipping, we will only provide the Standard Shipping option during checkout.

International Shipments

At this time, we do not ship to addresses outside the United States, with the exceptions of:

  • APO/FPO addresses
  • U.S. Territories - American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands Orders to these addresses are not eligible for Express Shipping, and may take longer to arrive than the listed delivery times. Customers are responsible for any applicable duties and taxes levied on the delivery of their orders and for all charges related to returning or exchanging products.

Return Policy

Note: For purchases made through other online or store retailers, please contact retailer directly for their specific return policy. For purchases made through Petstop.com or by phone with Perimeter Technologies Customer Support: If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a refund of your purchase price. Returns are as easy as 1-2-3:

STEP 1: Call Customer Support at 1-866-900-2007 to obtain an RMA number.

STEP 2: Include a reason for the return and ship your product to us with the RMA number written prominently on the package. Use a service that issues you a tracking number, such as FedEx® or UPS®.

STEP 3: Upon receipt of the product, we’ll issue you a credit for your order. If you want to place a new order, just give us a call or place a new order on our website.

Your return is subject to the following conditions:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Defective products are allowed for return for replacement or credit within 30 days or the product is still within its warranty.
  • All returns must be within 30 days of the original date of purchase. Thereafter, all sales are final.
  • All returns must be in original factory packaging with all original packing materials.
  • Returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Any return sent back freight collect will be refused.
  • Special order items are not returnable.
  • Products purchased from the Petstop.com clearance/discontinued section will not be accepted for return.
  • All replacement items will be shipped after Pet Stop has received and processed Customer’s defective return. A new tracking number will be sent to Customer on the replacement item when it ships.
  • All credits will be made back to the original payment method. • Pet Stop will not be held responsible for Customer ordering the wrong product(s), and all refusals will be credited minus the freight charges.
  • If a package arrives damaged, it is best for Customer to refuse the package. If Customer signs for and keeps the package, Customer should notate the damage when signing for it so that a claim may be filed with the carrier.
  • A 25% restocking fee will be charged on all returned items. Be sure to write in the RMA Number in the space provided to ensure accurate processing. Please use clear tape to secure the return label to your package.
